Oxford Utd 0-0 Kidderminster
Oxford United returned to the summit of the Blue Square Premier standings despite being held to a goalless draw by Kidderminster at the Kassam Stadium.
Jamie Cook had an early chance to put the home side ahead after he was played through on goal by James Constable, but he was unable to find the target as he fired wide.
Constable felt aggrieved not to be awarded a penalty a few minutes later when it looked as if Martin Riley had brought him down in the area.
The visitors came close to snatching the lead just before the interval when Marc Goodfellow was denied by a fine save from Ryan Clarke.
Cook missed another opportunity to break the deadlock after the break when his shot went narrowly over the crossbar.
Both side's managers would have been left disappointed by their sides' failure to convert any of their opportunities as the game ended goalless.
