Dean Saunders
Altrincham v Wrexham
Altrincham and Wrexham clash in a mid-table battle on Saturday afternoon, both looking for a positive result.
The Robins have had a slightly better season so far, while The Dragons have struggled to reproduce their form of last season.
Wrexham manager Dean Saunders is optimistic about the clash given how his defence have been performing of late and is looking for a good result.
Saunders told The Evening Leader: "Don Revie said get your back four right and work from there. And we have made great strides defensively.
"We have matched all the top teams but we have still got to do better in front of goal. Chances went begging again on Tuesday.
"We have not scored enough goals but it is not like we are set-up defensively. We have two up front, and the widemen are encouraged to get forward and into the box.
"Hopefully we can beat Altrincham tomorrow and make it seven points this week."
On the team news front, Altrincham boss Graham Heathcote has no new worries, but is still missing Dale Johnson with a knee injury.
Saunders has a few concerns, with Gareth Taylor facing a late fitness test, while Neil Taylor, Marc Williams and Sam Williamson are all sidelined and will not feature.
