Ling: Wary of Crawley
Crawley v Cambridge
Cambridge United boss Martin Ling expects a tough contest when his team faces Crawley Town at Broadfield Stadium on Saturday.
The U's are currently 15th on the table, six points and four places behind the play-off-chasing Red Devils.
"They've had a decent season as they're just off the play-offs," Ling told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.
"We know what to expect. They'll be up and at us.
"We need to be prepared as they would definitely consider themselves an outside chance for the play-offs."
Cambridge could enter the tie without their captain Paul Carden who has a sore back, while Brian Saah remains sidelined with a groin injury.
Ling will, however, be able to call on Antonio Murray and Aiden Palmer as the duo were previously cup-tied for the clash with Salisbury.
In Crawley team news, club boss Steve Evans may start with Charles Ademeno following the striker's failed deadline-day switch to Torquay.
Evans does, however, have other options as converted hitman Danny Forrest may return while Callum Willock or Michael Malcolm could also be asked to do the job.
