Holroyd's Brighton move hits snag

Brighton & Hove Albion boss Gus Poyet's move for highly-rated Cambridge United striker Chris Holroyd has stalled over personal terms.

Poyet wants to bolster his attacking options with the 16-goal frontman but has so far been unable to complete the deal.

"Things are a little bit complicated at the moment, but it's still the transfer window so we have to wait and see," said Poyet.

"There are always problems, but that's football."
