The big showdown takes place this Sunday at Wembley Stadium and Torquay know all about losing on such a stage, having suffered heartbreak a year ago when they lost the Final of the FA Trophy at the National Stadium.

Former manager, and current Chief Executive of the club, Colin Lee says the team have learnt the hard way about the emotions involved in losing at the 'Home of English Football' and are absolutely determined to overcome Cambridge United this time around.

It's been two years since the Gulls were relegated out of the Football League and Lee says they are desperate to get back there.
