Stafford 1-1 HistonStafford Rangers came back after conceding an early goal to earn a point against 10-man Histon at Marston Road on Tuesday night.
The visitors got off to flying start when John Kennedy found the back of the net with a superb volleyed shot from 20 yards out.
The Stutes found themselves reduced to ten men in the 65th minute as Roscoe Hipperson was shown a straight red for a professional foul on Marco Adaggio.
This gave Stafford the opening they needed and Neil Grayson found the equaliser nine minutes later after converting a Fred Murray cross at the centre of the penalty area.
Stafford almost snatched a win in injury time but Grayson pulled his shot from the left-hand side of the box, past the right-hand upright.
