Forest Green Rovers could not make their dominance count against Oxford United as the home side's hopes of reaching the play-offs seem to be drifting away into the sunset.

The match was marred by poor passing and woeful shooting as the points were shared at the New Lawn.

Despite the home side's dominance with the ball, the visiting U's had the bulk of the opportunities in front of goal, but along with the home side, could not make their chances tell.

The draw does no favours for either side as they both remain in mid-table, with dreams of promotion slipping away with every dropped point.
