Forest Green 3-2 Weymouth

Forest Green were forced to cling on for dear life against Weymouth despite having raced to a three-goal lead at the New Lawn.

Simon Clist got on the end of Lee Dodgson's clever ball to put Rovers ahead, and Danny Bertram headed home their second from Stuart Fleetwood's cross.

Provider then turned scorer on 27 minutes as Fleetwood converted from close range, but the visitors went on to capitalise as Forest Green tuned out.

Having previously hit the bar, Stuart Beavon set up James Coutts to give Weymouth their first goal, before Simon Weatherstone scored to ensure a tense finish for both sides.
