Stevenage Borough moved up to second place on the Blue Square Premier table on Friday night with a comfortable win over Kidderminster Harriers at Aggborough Stadium.

The visitors broke the deadlock after 19 minutes when Daryl McMahon latched onto a Craig Dobson pass from the right channel and placed his left-footed shot in the bottom-right corner.

Stevenage pressed their advantage and struck again in the 30th minutes as Adam Miller struck an ambitious effort from over 35 yards and found the bottom-left corner.

Mark Yates' men slip down to 17th place on the table with three points while Boro move up to second place ahead of Saturday afternoon's round of fixtures.
