Stevenage 1-1 Woking

Mark Stimson's Stevenage Borough will be disappointed to have been held to a draw by Woking after controlling proceedings for large portions of the match.

The home side made the perfect start as Craig Dobson drilled a right-footed effort into the bottom-left corner from 12 yards out.

However, the Cardinals pulled level on 18 minutes when Danny Bunce sent an inswinging cross into the area and Matt Ruby headed in at the left side of the penalty area.

Stevenage still find themselves in the promotion play-off places but lose top spot to Aldershot, who collected all three points on Tuesday.

Woking on the other hand, find themselves in 14th place on the Blue Square Premier table with 19 points from 15 matches.
