Broadhall Way Stevenage 3-2 YorkStevenage Borough continued their crusade for a Blue Square Premier play-off place after squeezing past York City at Broadhall Way.
Nicky Wroe netted the visitors ahead in the 25th minute but Gavin Grant pulled the goal back for the in-form hosts a mere two minutes later.
And after 31 minutes Wroe restored the lead and doubled his tally for the night from the spot after referee I Scarr awarded a penalty.
Ashley Westwood was penalised for a foul on Richard Brodie and Wroe made it count.
Westwood made ammends after the break though as he headed the hosts back into the game.
And after 60 minutes, it was game set and match following Mitchell Cole's effort for Boro.
