Paul Holland Mansfield boss admits uncertaintyMansfield manager Paul Holland is hoping for a decision on his future from the Stags board this week following the club's relegation.
The former Stags midfielder was placed in charge until the end of the season following Billy Dearden's departure in March, but was unable to save the club from relegation.
"Things must be sorted out. I want to know my future - hopefully by Wednesday at the latest," said Holland. "If I am to remain in charge then I have got to come up with a plan that I think will move this football club forwards.
"We need an absolutely massive clear-out. I have a list of players I want to leave the club and a list of players I want to bring in. I believe a massive change in personnel is the way forward.
"I have already spoken to six or seven players with Football League experience who want to come to Mansfield Town.
"I have spoken individually to our current players and inevitably some have already got clubs interested in them."
