Ebbsfleet Utd 0-1 Histon

Blue Square Premier newcomers Histon moved into the top-half of the table on Tuesday evening after recording a narrow win over Ebbsfleet United.

The home created a few chances in the first 20 minutes with both Micheal Bostwick and George Purcell coming close finding the opener.

However, it was the Stutes who broke the deadlock after 50 minutes with Antonio Murray heading in a John Kennedy cross at the centre of the penalty area.

In the end it was a fair result for the visiting team as they dominated ball possession and created way more chances than their opponents.
